This lathe machined graphite crucible was designed for Galloni Modular 6 Medium Frequency Induction Melter, but can be used in many electric and induction melters.
Made of high grade fine grain graphite to provide optimum performance and durability. Supplied with pouring spout.
Graphite provides maximum resistance to oxidation while metal is being melted. To avoid contamination use separate crucible for each metal.
Designed to perform well in typical melting/casting temperaturers: 1562-2912°F / 850-1600°C

- Capacity 30 Troy Ounces or 1 Kg.
- 64mm wide 127mm high 5"x 2 1/2"
The crucible is equipped with pouring spout, which allows molten metal to be poured out of the crucible without removing the crucible from electromelt thus shortening transition period and assuring more uniform consistency of the molten metal prior to soilidification.
